Reshape Properties is developing four residential buildings for Beryllus Gamma in the beautiful district of Bezuidenhout, on the site of an office building of approx. 13,000 m². There will be a total of 150 high-quality residences, partly for rental and partly for sale. The complex will also feature underground parking facilities. The project had been purchased by Amvest who will be managing the rental.
